Being fit means staying active. Our InStride fitness program offers plenty of options that suit the needs of any resident. Activities reflect the needs and abilities of each individual – and include aerobics classes, body stretching sessions, or strength training routines.

Our InStride-Plus program takes fitness to a personal level, with an exercise program developed specifically for individual residents. This fee-based program is conducted by our qualified kinesiology expert.
